The staff seemed to really know what they were talking about. They were familiar with pretty much every part and helped make things feel kinda easy to understand.

"Showed up way quicker than expected"
I ordered a faucet part on Tuesday and somehow it was at my door two days later. I was fully prepared to blame whoever runs this if it got delayed, but nope, everything went smoothly. No issues at all, happy with it.

I got this faucet from Chicago Faucet Shoppe and, yeah, it’s mostly fine. It feels sturdy enough and it looks close to the photos, so there weren’t any real surprises when I opened it up.
I guess I just expected it to feel a little nicer for the price. A couple parts seemed kind of rough, and there was a tiny mark in the finish. Not a huge deal, and it’s working fine so far, but... I don’t know, it just doesn’t feel quite as polished as I hoped...

"Wish I’d ordered from them sooner"
My faucet parts showed up in a really sturdy box with plenty of padding, and everything was in perfect shape. Nothing was scratched, loose, or rattling around. i kind of regret not ordering from chicagofaucetshoppe.com earlier because it was packed way better than I expected. Really solid job.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t exactly excited about ordering a faucet part online, but Chicago Faucet Shoppe made it painless. The site was straightforward enough, and I found the replacement part without having to dig around forever.
The shipping showed up when it was supposed to, and the part was packed well. It fit properly too, which is really all I was hoping for. I don’t hand out praise for plumbing stuff easily, but yeah, I’d probably order from them again if I had to.

"Good prices and easy enough"

I ordered a faucet part that was supposed to work with my model, but once it showed up it wasn’t really an exact match. After I paid, I started feeling a little unsure about whether I’d made the right choice, because the fit wasn’t as straightforward as the listing made it sound. They did end up helping me with the warranty, which I appreciated because I really didn’t want to risk being stuck paying for a replacement myself. The only downside was that the replies took a while, so I was a bit anxious waiting to see if it would get sorted out. In the end it worked out, but the process could’ve been faster...
